Earlier in our careers, both of us (Taylor & Siya) had been Investment Fellows at VC funds: Taylor at Reach Capital, Siya at Learn Capital. Those experiences — and the mentorship we received — provided us with a valuable foundation to make the jump into becoming emerging fund managers.

Now, we’re thrilled to introduce the first class of Pathway’s Investment Fellows.

Our 3 Fellows are incredibly talented operators in the Future of Work and have been working with us over the past few months to deep dive into the sector and help support upcoming startups.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing the research they’ve done on topics such as new modalities of learning, the future of apprenticeship models, and careers in a post-pandemic world.

If you’re building something cool in the Future of Work, get in touch with us.
